I started here at Micron in March of 2003. Before that I work in supervision for a large world wide Grand Rapids based homecare company. Although both family owned companies I prefer and appreciate the progressive culture and sense of comradely here at Micron. Working in a smaller company also means there is never a dull moment, because the ability to be a cross functional associate is a necessity.

My main focus here at Micron is in the Quality Department. I am the one the customer calls if there is an issue with one of our parts or services. And I work with the departments here at Micron to proactively look at our processes to eliminate any need for the customer to call with any issues.
