I have been with the company since 1974 and am known as one of the "Old Timers". Since 1974 I started in the Brown and Sharpe department as an operator, became a Lead man after a few years and eventually a Supervisor of the department.
In the late 90s I moved into the office and took on the role of Engineer which includes doing time studies, tool design and equipment acquisition. I have also been involved in recruiting and developing new employees.
