Hello,
I’m back to where my career started back in 1984. Returning to the role of Quality Manager is a lot like getting back into a comfortable recliner. It was fun to sit somewhere else but it’s nice to settle into the spot that fits like a glove.
Spending the last 10 years in various positions (production supervisor to estimating & sales) has allowed me to understand Micron’s various systems. Now it’s time to take what I’ve learned and put it to use to continuously improve our products & services for you.
In that effort I’ll be the one you would call should you ever have a suggestion or a problem with your order. I’ll then work with you and our staff to come up with an immediate solution as well as a permanent correction to ensure that you never see that problem again.
In the mean time I’ll be helping our team to proactively improve our processes in order to reduce the chance that you would need to call.
