After 17 years as a quality manager I found that it’s more fun on the front end of the process. Thus, my escape into estimating. Here at Micron I’ve enjoyed the chance to sit in many seats including shipping, production supervision, receiving, as well as other duties.

As estimator I do my best to understand your needs and work with our manufacturing engineers, suppliers, and logistics to find the solution that best fits your needs. I’ve been guilty of asking too many questions but with the spirit of turning your needs into answers. Perhaps we can offer unique pull system / kanban type delivery systems to minimize lead time & inventory?

Not only do I get the opportunity to work with you on quotes but when you place your first order I act as a project manager walking your part through our planned process to ensure they meet your order specifications for quality, quantity, and delivery.
